Recently, the plastic packaging production line invested and constructed by YUGA Group's Taizhou base has officially gone into full operation. This marks another strategic move by YUGA Group in the field of cosmetic packaging.
By integrating processes such as injection molding, material feeding, mold handling, cooling systems, and quality control, the production flow has been better optimized, further realizing YUGA’s vision of ESG-driven green intelligent manufacturing.
The newly introduced fully automated spraying and electroplating production lines can be adjusted and optimized according to the characteristics and requirements of different products, offering high flexibility. Additionally, the introduction of these technologies has significantly increased the coverage of production automation, saving labor and reducing material consumption, thereby further minimizing environmental pollution and effectively improving the working environment and production quality. The factory has also optimized staffing for the new hot stamping and assembly workshops, allowing for more flexible responses to changes in production demands while reducing costs.

Looking ahead, YUGA Group will continue to steadfastly pursue technological innovation and lean production. While increasing investment in research and development, the company will actively introduce production management technologies, strengthen independent innovation capabilities, and deepen the concept of lean production. By continuously optimizing every aspect of production and operations, YUGA aims to enhance its overall competitiveness and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the group.
