Suzhou Yuga Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. has submitted an application to join the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in July 2024, pledging to support the ten principles of the UNGC in the four areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption, and contributing to the advancement of global sustainable development.
The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) was established on July 26, 2000 at the United Nations Headquarters. It is committed to mobilizing member companies and stakeholders globally to incorporate the ten principles of the Global Compact, such as environment, anti-corruption, and labor standards, into their strategies and operations, and encouraging them to make a difference in addressing environmental challenges, developing and promoting environmentally friendly technologies, eliminating occupational discrimination, and fighting against corruption, in order to advance the the realization of broader development goals and accelerate the process of leading global sustainable development.
