In October 2025, YUGA publicly released the "2024 YUGA Environmental, Social and Governance Report," systematically disclosing its practices and achievements in sustainable development areas such as green product innovation, green low-carbon transformation, and co-construction of green supply chains, and received an independent verification report from the international certification body SGS. This verification was conducted based on the AA1000AS v3 standard and with reference to the GRI Standards 2021 requirements, confirming that the ESG report's disclosed information is accurate and reliable.
